The membership to ACUUS is open to international, national and local associations; governmental agencies; private firms and public entities, like cities and local governments, to individuals and students, but also if you are interested in promoting the objectives of the ACUUS. 

Our members in good standing will benefit from the ACUUS network and the opportunities to be part of a key stakeholder in promoting the utilisation of underground space. Also they will be receiving the monthly newsletter of the organisation and will also be able to participate in the ACUUS conference series for a discounted fee. Also, ACUUS members will be eligible to be part of the Board of Directors and participate in the annual General Assembly meeting to form the policy and the key milestones shaping the future of the organisation.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES

The membership fees for 2026 are, as given below:

Class A members (entitled to vote)

a)   Sustaining Members : 1 000 $ US and over

b)   Institutional Members :  565 $ US

d)   Institutional Members from countries in transition and developing countries :  287 $ US

e)    Individual members :  135 $ US

f)    Individual members from countries in transition and developing countries : 80 $ US

Class B members (not entitled to vote at the GAM)

g)    Students – with registration proof : 50 $ US

 

More details about the payment and the money transfer are given in the membership admission form. ACUUS accepts various forms of payment with Paypal, including credit cards, even if you don’t have an account.
Considering the high fees of a bank transfer that we must also assume at the reception, we ask Individual members from countries in transition and developing countries, as well as all students to use only this method of payment by Paypal.
